Every year Philips Trust Corporation helps thousands of people and sadly, sometimes someone comes away feeling unhappy. Unfortunately, these things happen but we always want to learn from our mistakes and improve the service we offer. In case you were not completely satisfied with the service we have provided, we would like to hear from you.

All complaints will be treated in serious, confidential and timely manner.

What can we do?

It is important to let us know if you are unhappy and to give us the chance to put things right. If you would like to discuss your complaint, please speak to a member of our team on 0330 055 2877. Our team might be able to sort the problem out straight away. Otherwise, we will encourage you to move to the more formal process.

Making a formal complaint

If you would like to submit a formal complaint, you can do this by putting your complaint in writing to:

You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 working days of it being received. Our team will aim to respond in full to your complaint in 4-6 weeks. Where appropriate, you will get details of any action that is taken to put things right. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for a further review.

Please be aware that if the issue is complicated, any delay will be explained and you will be kept informed at all stages of the process.

Review of your complaint

If you are not happy with Philips Trust Corporation’s response you can ask for your complaint to be looked at by an independent adjudicator.

We recently updated our complaints policy on 19/02/2020. The acknowledgement of your complaint was previously sent within 48 hours, we have changed this to 5 working days. Any complaints received before 19/02/2020 will be dealt with in accordance with the previous complaints procedure.
